Oasis Maritime Services (OMS) was formed in the year 2005. OMS along with Emarat Maritime operated a fleet of Tankers, Bulkers & container Vessels - the former being the management wing & the latter being the ship owning division.

In 2008 the two operations were segregated, whereby transferring the management of all owned tonnage to EML & dedicating OMS for the management of third party vessels. This was done with the aim of passing-on the knowledge, expertise & market credibility - that we have gained over the years - to our partners.
